#IChooseCollege ACE 2019 Celebration Event Please join ACE Charter School's first ever #ICHOOSECOLLEGE event celebrating 10 years of working with students and alumni. Guest speakers will include ACE alumni and former Heisman trophy winner and NFL quarterback Jim Plunkett. Thank you so much for your support. Registration has closed. ACE Overview Founded in 2008 with 95 middle schoolers, ACE now has four schools (three middle/one high) in downtown and East San Jose serving over 1,100 students and 150 alumni in college. Students join ACE in middle school with no path to academic success -- at ACE they transform themselves into optimistic young adults thriving in college. The ACE model is unique: it is the only school designed specifically to help the most struggling students build optimism about their future in college and beyond.
